What is the Bright Side Post Club?
Bright Side Post Club is a monthly subscription service aimed at spreading random acts of kindness to the world. Every month, you will receive an envelope containing a newsletter, a postcard, a sticker, a scripture card, an affirmation or positive reminder, and another miscellaneous gift according to my whimsy — all that I have created and curated. If these items resonate with you, you’re free to keep them around as sources of encouragement. Otherwise I encourage you to give them out to friends, family members, neighbors, classmates, coworkers, and anyone else in your life. Often times it is not big elaborate gestures that make the biggest differences in turning someone’s frown upside-down, but just something small to say “I’m thinking of you. You are loved.” Together, we can create a ripple of kindness for the people in our lives. The goal with the Bright Side Post Club is to make it easier for you to do so by providing the materials you’ll need to deliver blessings to your loved ones. Welcome to the club!
Who is the mastermind behind Bright Side Post Club?
Hi, I’m Erica! I’m a writer and artist who lives in a small town in Wisconsin. I love my family and my church and my friends. I’ve had great fun in the past having penpals to send letters and little gifts to and I aspire to make that joy more accessible to others
I only just found out about Bright Side Post Club and I reeeeally want last month’s package like the stuff in there is sooo cute and maybe I saw it in someone’s unboxing video or something and now it’s definitely too late to get that content for myself but you don’t understand, my friends and neighbors neeeed those specific cute gifts what do I dooooo omigosh?
That’s quite the run-on sentence, friend. Here drink some water. Then visit my Etsy page. I always make a few extra packages every month for individual sale. Once they sell out there however, that is unfortunately the end of the line. Please still subscribe as I come out with new cute designs every month that I believe you’ll be just as happy to receive
When will I get my letter?
I send out letters on the 23rd of every month. You should receive it 5-8 days later, around the first of the following month to welcome the new month in! For that reason, I ask that you sign up before the 7th of the month. Sign-ups after the 7th of the month will be enrolled for the following month.
Do I have to be religious to enjoy Bright Side Post Club?
Not at all! I am a follower of Christ and you will notice that in the monthly package there will always be a scripture card as well as a prayer in the newsletter. I believe in the awesome power of prayer and of God’s word to move in people’s hearts even if you are not a believer yourself. You are still included in the prayers I pray over my family of Bright Side Post Club subscribers.
Can you pray for my math test / father’s health / sister’s job / friend’s cat / neighbor’s wellness / enemy’s downfall?
Sure thing. Well, except that last one, but I will pray that they come to receive the love of God. Whatever you need, email me. I’d love to pray for you!
I want a bunch more of some item that was in one of the monthly envelopes. Do you sell your designs elsewhere?
To preserve the authenticity of small-batch sales, I do not offer any of my designs in other on-demand formats to be purchased. You can purchase previous months’ envelopes (in whatever quantity you want and is available) here
Do you use AI to generate any of the art or content you put out?
I do not, and never will.
